The survey consists of several modules including demographic data, for example, gender, age, marital status, having a child under 18, educational level, and occupational status. To assess mental health burden, validated measures were used in the survey, namely Patient Health Questionnaire-2 (PHQ-2), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-2 (GAD-2), and Distress Thermometer (DT). The visual analogue scale from the European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions 3 Level (EQ-5D-3L) questionnaire was applied to assess the individual health status.
