The CRF is set up in three modules to be used for recording data on the ISARIC_nCov Core Database or for independent studies. MODULE 1 is the PRESENTATION/ADMISSION CRF and is to be completed on the first day of covid-19 assesment, while module 2 is used for reporting daily CRF signs and symptoms and is to be presented starting the first day of ICU admission then daily for a maximum of 14 days. Module 3:Outcome CRF is to be completed at discharge or death. The CORE CRF is composed of many variables to understand the spectrum of disease and management, especially on pathogen testing, critical care interventions, and medications.
